Booking Requirements & Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your card on file a few days prior to arrival. If you need to alter or cancel your reservation please let us know in writing, by responding to your booking confirmation email and cc'ing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Date or other changes maintaining or extending the original stay duration can be made free of charge, subject to availability. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation we will refund your deposit, less a $19 + 3% processing fee, if your written cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation requests made within 30 days of your arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit. Early departures will forfeit the payment.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that are beyond your control, including but not limited to sickness, weather, natural disaster or family emergencies. We've been there and it's a bummer when it happens, which is why we recommend that you buy a travel insurance to protect you against any unforeseen event.

Pet Policy

All our cabins and seasonal RV sites are pet friendly and we allow up to two dogs per reservation. We don’t charge extra for pets but ask that they stay off the furniture (beds, sofas etc.) and are not left in the rental unattended. We love dogs, but sadly won’t be able to accommodate heavily shedding pets that aren’t house trained.  Additionally, our insurance will not allow "aggressive breeds" that include any mix of: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Sheppard.

Please pick up after your pup and use a leash when at the camp. Thank you in advance for your consideration and help in keeping our camp a mellow and enjoyable place for everyone.
